”Rob Green was retained by U.Turn Consultants - a Greek restructuring practice - to assist in the Diagnostic and Turnaround project of a top-3 Apparel and Cosmetics Retailer/ Wholesaler in mainland Greece. The project was demanding in the sense that we had to map and manage stakeholders interests which included the Shareholders and the Lenders.
